The CORE Welcomes the Richardson Symphony Orchestra for Friday Night Music
Join us on Friday, April 29 beginning at 5PM for a free, family-friendly event Music in the CORE, featuring two street performances and our own Richardson Symphony Orchestra and their new concert trailer! Arrive early to have dinner at one of your favorite Downtown restaurants, or order "to-go" and bring it to the concert. A list of Downtown restaurants are listed below with websites and phone numbers to call-in your order and bring it to the concert. We will also have Richardson-based food trucks and vendors at the Main Street Lawn during the concert, including Dog Haus (food and beer), His Tea, and Tongue in Cheek Ice Cream.
Music begins at 5PM with two individual street performances on McKinney Street outside Isabelly's Chocolates & Sweets and Del's Charcoal Burgers. Get a free scoop of ice cream at Isabelly's for the event!
At 6PM, join us on the Main Street Lawn and listen to one of the premier orchestras in the region with their new concert trailer. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and picnics. We'll also have games and activities for all ages.
Hosted by the City of Richardson. the Richardson CORE District, and the Richardson Symphony Orchestra.
