The day after Black Friday has become known as Small Business Saturday, and is a day where people are urged to support small businesses in the community where they live. This year, we are celebrating Small Business Saturday in The CORE District with a contest that encourages people to get out and explore the different small businesses that call The CORE District’s five neighborhoods home.
From Monday, Nov. 24 through Sunday, Nov. 30, shoppers who visit participating small businesses can
get stickers to place on their Explore The CORE gameboard. Anyone who completes a “blackout” of the board and turns in their entry by Nov. 30, will be entered into a drawing for a grand prize that includes $1,200.00 worth items from all participating businesses.

PICK UP YOUR BOARD
You can pick up a game board at any participating CORE District business, Richardson Library, Heights Rec Center, Huffhines Rec Center, Richardson Senior Center or download HERE.
VISIT PARTICIPATING BUSINESSES
Explore the CORE district by visiting each local business listed on the board.
COLLECT STICKERS
Some businesses will provide a sticker upon request
COMPLETE YOUR BOARD
Once you’ve collected stickers from all participating business, you’ll be eligible to enter the Grand Prize Drawing.
