VENDOR REGISTRATION
Boho Market
Vendors are managed by Boho Market, and must register with Boho Market for this event. Please note Boho Market does not allow MLM, direct-sales or non-product based businesses to set up as a vendor. No alcohol will be sold during this event. Vendor registration fee is $150. Vendors must bring their own tents, chairs, and tables.

The City of Richardson would like to thank all of our incredible vendors for helping make this event a success. Please complete the forms below at your earliest convenience to ensure full compliance with the City's permitting process for food and vendor sales. Three categories are listed below: Educational Vendors, Retail Sales, and Food Sales. Please complete the forms in the category most appropriate with your booth activity.
EDUCATIONAL VENDORS (NON-SALES/COMMUNITY CULTURAL PARTNERS)
For vendors that are not selling goods and merchandise, please complete the Employees On-Site Form:
RETAIL SALES/NON-FOOD VENDORS
For vendors that are only selling goods and merchandise (no food or drink), please complete the Employees On-Site Form and Participant Agreement Form:

FOOD VENDORS
For food vendors, please complete the Employees On-Site Form, Food Concessions Agreement, and Temporary Food Service Permit. If you are selling non-alcoholic beverages, the Concessionaire is required to sell Pepsi-Cola brand products.
